If you are selected from the waitlist, you will be contacted by email for payment. You will have 1 week to complete this transaction before we move to the next vendor on the list.

Returning Vendors have until 5/1/2024 to submit applications and payment to hold their same booth.

Collecting, reporting, and payment of sales tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Vendors selling food items must follow all safety guidelines and secure necessary permits set forth by Tarrant County Health Department. Contact Tarrant County Environment Health at 817-321-4960 with any questions. Permits will need to be on-site with vendor.
